These individuals should be in jail provided the reports i have read on this site and what my family and I are going thru right at this time. Al Chambers came home and had us sign a contract and give him $5,000.00 assuring us that we would be very satisfied with our new sunroom which would take about 3 weeks to build after city permits were obtained. The contract was signed on 11/28/2018.

We were instructed to get approval from our HOA wich we did in record time in order to provide to Laneha because allegedly without it, they couldn't submit the application to the city for the permits.

Two ago after several follow ups with them, Laneha replied to our email inquiries with a strange story that our project hadn't been started and drawings hadn't even been fishished by their associated engineer. She stated they had contracted a new engineering firm and Herman Brothers had given their new contracts to group but that she didn't know of the whereabouts of our project; thus, that she would wait for "Joe" to come back to town because he was traveling so that Joe could call us.

We asked for an immdiate refund since nothing had been done and here we where 5 months into this with drawings not even on the table and what's worse no sign that our project application would be submitted to the city for review and permits approval.

Laneha has no customer services skills or repect for people. I can only think that she instructed to lie to say the least. Al Chambers does not answer the phone. As of yet this "Joe" is a mistery person. And this past Sunday the only thing we received by email was a notice stating that Herman Brothers has ceased operations and closed their office and expect more info to follow.

We are devastated because this is money my husband and I worked really hard for and we have promissed our children this very much anticipated sunroom. We will pursue the refund of our money and will exhaust every available resource to have these scammers respond for these unspeakable actions. I simply can not wrap my head around such much abuse and low moral/values individuals.
