I purchased a business / first class ticket via their website. The ticket given was economy plus. They refuse to do anything to correct the issue. There was no notification of the downgrade or even an attempt to contact made.

This is nothing more than airline tickets, right? Why did you use some trashy third arty to do what YOU AN DO yourself??? Nothing has changed in the reservations business. You call the provider DIRECTLY LIKE ALWAYS! All these trashy third parties, and that includes ALL OF THEM are CERTIFIED SCUM. The lure you in by LYING they have some special relationship with the airlines WHEN THEY DON'T. Their whole premise is hope something goes wrong so that you try to cancel. The airline refunds YOUR MONEY to them and THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY Guess whatelse these slime balls will do...they will DELIBERATELY MAKE A "MISTAKE" in the reservation so that you will cancel any THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY. How do you know they didn't do that to you???? Everyone of these third party reservation places are pure horse manure with trashy people in ownership and operations Next time, make a reservation the way it has ALWAYS BEEN DONE.. DIRECTLY. Nobody needs ANY of these third parties You did not get what you want. Put this into contest with the card company and DO IT NOW.
