I contacted Ideal Tax Solutions for help to resolve a tax problem. They charged a 5000.00 dollar fee. They did nothing but give me the runaround, never returned calls and I resolved the issue with the IRS myself. They then claimed they would get me money back. After 8 months I still have received nothing.

This is a scam for sure. No drama just the cold hard truth. Don't trust these people they will only make matters worse for you.

Nicole who was an atty who worked there was my attorney she was excellent. We communicated all the time. All of a sudden, communications ceased.
