Ideal Tax Solutions Unresponsive communications, No results Brooklyn New York

After signing up with this company it was my understand that this process would take about 2 months to complete. I made sure that all supportive documentation was sent upon signing up.  After four months I receives a letter from the company that my account was suspended due to non complyance of client requirements. I called the company to determine what the iss was and was told I would get resolution that day. The only thing that happened was that another payment was taken out of my account. I only had one communication during this whole time and was told that everything was ok and that I did not need to provide anything else. I am now out almost $5,000 with absolutly no resolve and an new increased tax debt
