Internal Credit Systems, Inc. What a Joke! Internet

My teenage daughter received a letter from this company claiming that she owed $297.34 on a gym membership.  NB:  the membership had been closed and settled with the gym general manager. 

I decided to call the number to give an update on the situation.  The individual I was speaking to went completely postal on me. 

Did not let me explain that the account had been settled and shrieked that the general manager did not have the authority to settle the account - only the owner can.  I am not sure if he went off this rocker when I told him I work in litigation. 

The conversation ended when he screamed "Hang Up On Her" to someone and the line went dead. 

I reported all this to the gym general manager and suggested he use a more professional collection agency going forward.  Total unhinged nonsense! I hope this person gets the help he desperately needs.
