The Cowin Law business made one of the top contributions to the Paul Delamar campaign, according to TUSA transparency. It's not against the law to donate to a campaign, of course, but when a judge like Delamar engages in judicial misconduct, discriminates against the disabled, and places a child in an abusive environment solely to please one of his donors, you could say that's bribery.
Judge Paul Delamar's loyalty has been bought by John Curtis of Corwin Law, and this is particularly clear in the case of Howard VS. Rowell case # 18-CVD-086. Plaintiff Christen Howard's criminal background is well-documented. She kidnapped Travis's daughter Brightley She habitually gives false testimony in court and violated court orders, such as the one requiring a psychologist to conduct a psychological evaluation of Brightley for sexual assault, which was ordered by a Henderson County Court on January 1, 2022.
Travis Rowell put his trust in Judge Delamar to continue the fight to protect Brightley from this child abuser at his January 19, 2023 court hearing. The declaration and attached exhibits that Travis provided to the court were not reviewed by Judge Paul Delamar. John Curtis lied in court so frequently that he redefined what constitutes ethical failure.
Travis's illness and his disability income were both targets of Judge Delamar's amusement. Travis Rowell was ordered by Paul Delamar to surrender all of the parental rights that had been granted to him, to have no contact with the Brightley at all, including with any medical or educational professionals, and to pay John Curtis, the attorney for Christen Howard, $4,468.75 as retribution for his efforts to defend his Brightley. What dishonest judge would disobey a directive issued by a former judge who sought to shield his daughter while praising a child abuser? The judge in question is Delamar.
Travis requested an ADA accommodation to appear remotely and filed motions to set aside the decision and recuse Judge Delamar from the case. Judge Delamar denied Travis's ADA accommodations on three separate occasions. Moreover, Judge Delamar presided over the motion to recuse himself and dismissed the case.
Although Paul Delamar portrays himself as a kind individual in society, this man also engaged in some questionable financial transactions as serving president of the Perry Griffen Foundation and the Richard Wells Walker Scholarship Fund Inc., both of which have questionable financial practices.
