Kelisexin Received cheap knock off item and company refuses to allow return and give money back.

I purchased a coat from Kelisexin.

I received a cheap, poorly made knock off item.  None of the edges are even finished.  They were just left raw and were already beginning to fray.  The coat was also easily three sizes too small.  The button holes were not the correct size, making the use of the buttons very difficult.  The coat is so poorly made it is usless as a garment.

When I repeatedly requested a refund, they told me that they never have complaints.  LOL. 

They still have not told me how to make a return.  They said that I could not send the coat back to the address listed on the shipping label because the item would become lost.

I have found countless complaints about this site.  Why are they still allowed to sell this junk?
