Keyspire Charged over $14K for a program designed for Canadians, not US residents but promised it was great for US residents. Waterloo Ontario

If you live in the USA do not sign up for Keyspire. Currently, 90% of the content applies to Canadians, not US residents. I've wasted so much money it makes me sick signing up for this program. I've sat through countless labs and presentations only to find out either at the end or after the presentation, that whatever the offer is, it is only for Canadian residents.

They offer passive investment opportunities so you can make money investing in real estate. However, there are zero investment opportunities for US residents. This happens over and over again.

The membership included three days of an investor summit. It started each day at 6:30 am for PST as they are on the East Coast. 90% of the sessions offered Canadian programs. And they were sneaky about this. I sat through all the programs, set up appointments to learn more, and only at that time did I learn US residents were not allowed. I feel totally scammed.

The refund period is only 10 days as I've tried to get a refund. How would you know this program is such a waste if you can't see that the majority of the content is for Canadians.

After 6 months as a member for their most expensive plan, they sent a welcome gift. I want to throw it out I am so mad. Really - welcome now?

The iPad app that is supposed to provide great listing information doesn't work. I've reached out several times to get help and no answer.

They offer "great support" but I certainly have not received it. I have yet to get an answer to any email or a return phone call to any voicemail. Of course no one actually answers the phone. You can find better programs in the USA.
