The company, founded by Scott McGillivray and Michael Sarracini has become a complete house of cards. Not only do you never see Scott again after he first sells you at his live events, but then when you think you are going to learn something at a 3 day seminar you find out you are only being sold to! Imagine being excited and then finding out that they can only really help you if you pay $35,000 for a Keyspire Membership??????? In some cities, that can be a downpayment for a property! The people that do grasp at this hope of help to wealth are truly disappointed when they find out that their 'coaches' are just a few real estate agents and amature investors purported to be experts!

You can get this type of supprot and advice from a good realtor who gets investing in real estate. you DO NOT need to pay $35,000 for this! Their Director of Operations, Joanna Pitcher, keeps the staff oppressed and in constant fear for their jobs as she micro-manages their every move while accomplishing nothing of substance to help the company. And things are so bad that this company recently laid off half their staff! Please be careful if you still decide to work with them - laying off half your staff isn't a good sign of a healthy company.
