La Puente ceramic tile is a Rip Off, My husband and I bought over $7,000 of tile and part of it was for instalation. It took over 1 month to get our order, so we went there finally excited to get the house done. When we get there the lady wiorking says the order is there but she needs to check it first. Then she says they are all here exactly like we wanted.
Mind you it's a month late. But anyhow, we see the tiles and my husband tells her they are the wrong color and these are the rectangles, we asked for the squares. She replied the squares are more expensive, then my husband said then why did we pay for the more expensive sqaure ones but got hte erctangles.
She got so defensive and mad, sheasked us to leave. We don't know what to do now but to post these reviews.
Anyone can help?
