Beware to anyone who is thinking about hiring or entrusting the illiterate Lance Edwin Rictor, this is an example of his severe lack of character and integrity, 20 years after I fired him.  He filed the following false defamatory complaint with the BBB against one of my businesses:


BBB Customer’s Statement of the Problem:
Im an old employee that quit due to the owner ... he is crooked and disrespectful to everyone ESPECIALLY WOMEN!!!!!! he will sell you things you dont need and sometimes never install them leaving you with the bill!!! If you call to ask any questions he will scream at you like the LITTLE PUNK ***** HE IS!!!! then he will put a lean on your house like a COWARD!!!!! He still owes me $500 from my last check but ill never get paid.....PEOPLE BEWARE!!!!!! he even tryed to convince me to turn a hose on and put in a customers electric pump to burn up the motor so he could sell them a new and VERY EXPENSIVE REPAIR!!!! this guy is a lier and a CROOKED POS!!!!----- BEWARE-----

  May I suggest using spell check to avoid embarrassing yourself more than you already do Lance Edwin Rictor?   It's been roughly 20 years (TWENTY YEARS) since I made the mistake of hiring this dirtbag for a part time job after school and weekends.  I knew back then he would never amount to anything and made a futile attempt to mentor him.  In addition to training him and teaching him our business I also used to take him with us on weekend trips to go jetskiing, riding quads and dirtbikes a plethora of times where I always paid for everything including the gas and food in addition trying to set an example and be a role model since he clearly had none.  Lance worked for us for only months and was FIRED for cheating customers and cheating me for work he hadn't performed.     Lets examine the aforementioned "complaint":   "Im an old employee that quit" :  First it's "I'm" not Im mental midget!  Second, you did not quit, you were FIRED for charging me for work you were supposed to do and cheating customers out of work they paid for.   "he will sell you things you dont need and sometimes never install them leaving you will the bill!!!"  It's "don't" not dont imbecile!  You never worked directly with me and have no idea how my company operates.  Your statements are as egregious as your criminal record.    "if you call to ask any questions he will scream at you like the LITTLE PUNK *****  HE IS!!!!"  First, I don't answer phones at any of my companies.  Secondly, you never worked directly with me. Third, I've offered on many occasions for you to talk your trash to my face, the several times I have been in route to where you are you abruptly leave.  I'd annihilate you six ways from Sunday, but, from the safety and comfort of your keyboard your bravado is causing me to shake frantically    "then he will put a lean on your house like a COWARD!!!"  It's spelled "lien" you two bit no account.  Amazing the cowards like to talk big online   "He still owes me $500 from my last check but ill never get paid"  You are owed NOTHING, you are a cheat, a liar and a thief!  Cheated our customers, lied about it and stole paychecks you didn't earn.  "ill" required an apostrophe, most of us learned this in the first grade   "he ever tryed to convince me to turn a hose on and put in a customers electric pump to burn up the motor so he could sell them a new and VERY EXPENSIVE REPAIR!!!"   "tryed" a 6 year old has better grammar than this 35 year old felon.  Once again, you never worked with me, have no knowledge of my business and I feel zero obligation to dignify your stupidity with a response regarding my integrity.   "this guy is a lier and a CROOKED POS!!!!"  "lier"  I'm embarrassed for you!!     I have not spoken to or contacted this lowlife in over 20 years.  I began receiving a barrage of harassing text messages and the aforementioned BBB complaint.  Unlike this cretin, I have never been arrested, I have no criminal record, I have 4 successful businesses, I have made tens of millions, have an A+ with the BBB, have almost one dozen patents, a multimillionaire, a 3rd degree black belt.  I have met Lance Rictors type before, everything is someone else's fault, he's a bad*ss (in his own mind) except in the presence of the person he tried to threaten, he is the epitome of a loser deplete of class, integrity, morals, character, a loser is a loser he was then, is now, will likely be one in the future.   Contact me, my businesses, my employees ever again, I will be filing a restraining order.     Post, say, repeat, libel, besmirch, defame, denigrate me or my businesses ever again you'll be slapped with a Superior Court lawsuit!   P.S.  I'm perplexed the person who gave you my number talks to you.  He used to talk so much crap about how trashy you are and told me one time he saw you get in a fight, not only did you get your clock cleaned he said you fight like a monkey!    Guess he's desperate for friends since he has none
