Charged $400 to my credit card just to tell me I qualify for the Fresh Start Program. They requested my returns from the IRS, but would not proceed until I paid over $6000. Tony told me it would be around $3000 or $4000 and I could make payments.

Payment plan is not realistic. I could barely afford to pay the $400 and he well knew my husband was unemployed and we did not have any money yet knowing that where did he think I would find over $6000 to give them.

They are not upfront about their total fees. If this is what they do why do they not have set fees? Or be honest up front of the total cost? How can you trust a company that starts out in the beging lying and being evasive about their fees!
