Mark Nayfeld and his wife tatiana Nayfeld are egrigeous child porn criminals currently living in Chatsworth, Calofrnia at:

These two repulsive criminals rent out unzoned, illegal properties in Chatsworth, California on thier own property, where they live.

However, that's where the disasters begin.

And the disasters that these SLUMLORDS. Mark Nayfeld and Tatian Nayfeld wreak upon their victims (Tenants) are quite extensive and dire.

Initially, Mark Nayfeld & Tatiana Nayfeld behave somewhat decent and low key.

However, the very instant that they have a tenant sign a lease and pay the outrageous amounts of money for the "cottages" (Filthy DUMPS that, in reality, look very different than the images provided online), the initially (FAKE) decency ends.

Mark Nayfeld quickly shows his true, criminal self.

And his wife tatian Nayfeld shows her deranged mentally unstable, violent self.

If the tenant is an attractive female, Mark Nayfeld finds many occassions to illegaly barge into the tenants' rental without notice and without consent. Mark Nayfeld shamelessly violates ever landlord/tenant law in the state.

And if the tenant dares to speak up, Mark Nayfeld instantly proceeds to very ragefully retaliate against the tenant and make life an actual LIVING HELL for the tenant.


Here is one account of an anonymous former year 2022 female tenant who had been endlessly victimized and bruatlly retaliated against by Mark Nayfeld.

Upon agreeing to lease the rental, I was honest and upfront. I informed Mark Nayfeld and his wife Tatiana Nayfeld that I had a low credit rating and some past arrests. They stated that they did not mind & that they just wanted to rent out the untis. They stated that they do not even perform credit checks.   Mark Nayfeld also stated: "This is a full-service rental. This means I (Mark Nayfeld) take out the trash containers, I bring back inside the trash containers, I clean the entire rental area in back, on sides, in front, and all vicinities, and even though the rental stated no parking, I will allow you to park your car inside the gated, covered car port, etc."  "You pay 3950.00 per month, based on a month-to-month lease." However, after we agreed on the lease, he suddenly increased the down payments. Bait and switch. He demanded I pay him 4950.00 plus another 4950.00 for first and last month. I paid him a total of 9500.00 I have proof of all my payments. Based upon the 3950.00 pe month, I was paid up for at least 4 months. After I paid & moved in, he did (But not limited to) the following: Several times, at least 10-13 times, he used his keys to, without informing me or giving me any warning or reason, walk and barge in while I was in the shower, on toilet, getting undressed, and in other highly vulnerable positions. I did very kindly ask him not to do so. He immediatly became irate. I knew I had rights as a tenant. However, I could also see that he was/is a sullen, vindictive old man who never stopped until he got his was. I felt extremely intimidated, scared, anxious. Many other times, when I informed him of malfunctioning fridge, malfunctioning electrical circuit (I only ever had one appliance plugged in at one time), and other unkempt conditions (Lack of clean rental front, back, sides, loose hoses, overrun garden directly attached to my rental in back, and more, he would, without ever informing me, come knock on front door and demand to be let in. All of these times, he came alone without his wife or anyone else anywhere in the area. And, during one Of These Times, did he ever address or repair or fix any of the malfunctions and other problems. Most disturbingly, he did sexually harass me, sit too close to me on the couch, grab my thighs, flirt at me, abuse me. Absolutely all of his actions were totally unwelcome and unbidden by me. And was so disturbed, uncomfortable, upset, sickened, disgusted, distressed. However, I felt to intimidated and scared to speak up, as I could sense he was dishonest, vindictive, not a professional or decent person. Meanwhile, I have always been a very quiet, proper, unproblematic tenant, I have been clean, courteous, and have never done anything improper or wrong. There was another couple renting the other illegal unit and they never ever had a single complaint about me and had only nice things to say about me. On or about 07-12-23 I discovered that landlord had had installed, in bathroom with toilet & shower stall, an illegaly hidden camera. I was devastated & terrified. I did use cell phone to take photos & video. I had planned to file a Police Report on 07-12-23, however I became very ill. But because I did take photos and video on 07-12-23, when initially discovered, I have proven that when I am able to drive, I had intended to and will go file police report. On or about June 16, 2023, without ever informing me or giving me warning, he came knocking on front door. He demanded, yelled for me to open door. He claimed he had "good news." He stated that he wished to introduce me to his son Nick to set us up on a date. I was not receptive to this. However, just moments later he returned with his son Nick and banged on door. I did not open door. He insistently banged harder, louder. I still didn't open. Then he phoned me and stated hat if I did not open door, he'd contact 911 police to state an "emergency" (LIE) and get police to open door. Under duress, I opened door. He introduced us and insisted we "get together" I was polite, decent, but kept distance. On 06-16-23 he texted me his son's ("Niki) phone number. I never made any contact with his son. Still in fear, I was too afraid to speak up. About a week later, he texted me, harassing messages of the parking gate being "left open." No parking gate had been left open. He started to increasingly bring up non-existent faults. Yet I never argued with him or spoke up. That same month, due to increasingly malfunctioning fridge and losing much monies in food, I had to go shopping again. Upon return, I saw that all of my appliances and computer and printer had been unplugged. I never did so and I had no one residing with me. The only person who could have done so was the landlord. I very politely texted him to simply inquire if he's been coming in here while I was gone. That was all. However, on or about 1030 PM, Inappropriate time and without ever informing me or asking me or giving me notice or warning, he ragefully came to my front door, banging and continued banging on the door. It was late, I was undressed for sleep. However, he deprived me of sleep, screamed that if I didn't open door, he'd contact 911 police as "emergency" (Another LIE) to have police barge in. Again, under duress and threats and fear, I worriedly got dressed, and unwillingly opened door. Immediatly, his right side hand roughly brushed my breasts while he reached inside door, turned off one of the lights, and barged inside the door. I was scared. He started to again yell, scream, rage at me, for my having texted him a simple question before as to him coming in here while I've been gone (Which he never did deny). I asked him to stop yelling. However, he yelled louder. Then I spoke to tell him of all his unwanted, creepy, disgusting sexual harassment, abuses, other inappropriate behaviour, having refused to clean the rental outdoor and surrounding areas, the malfunctioning fridge and electricity and circuits, unkempt conditions. overrun garden with rotted fruit, mangled hoses, pests, rats, lizards, snakes, wasps that have gotten inside my rental to bite and harm me. Then he raged at me far worse. At about that moment, his wife later came from around the corner with her phone. He asked her if she was "still recording" me. She stated "Yes! I'm recording the w***e!" I was upset. I yelled that it was illegal, in this stae, to, without my knowledge and consent to record me. He screamed"
"I don't give a f***! This is my property! I do whatever I choose, b****! And, w***e, you better get the f*** off of this property and not come back!" So he was clearly retaliating against me, taking undie measures against me, illegaly evicting me (Despite having been paid, by me, through to at least 08-15-23 for all rent). That evening, I refused to ever communicate with him or his wife or anyone they knew. I fully texted him to inform him that I'd only communicate with him, and only vis documented cell phone texts. I texted the entire incident in a summary. He did not deny anything. On or about 07-12-23 I discovered, for the first time, as I happened to llok up, that all along he had illegaly had a hidden camera installed in the ceiling vent of the bathroom with the toilet and shower stall. I was devastated and sickened. On that very date I did take cell phone photos and videos. I had intended to go fie police report on that very date, however I became very ill. I have proven that I was indeed going to file a police report on that very date, as the dated cell phone photos and videos substantiate. And just s soon as I can drive, I'll go file the police report. Two days later, when he continued to obsessively contact, attack, stalk me with a barrage of inanae notices on my door and harassing texts,  I did document it all in cell phone text I did & inform him of his additional criminal activities & my intent to go file a police report. The next day, he postedmany more multiple-page notices, filled with false allegations, to my front door. I replied to and refuted all of his notice's false allegations via cell phone text. At that time, he again demanded me to leave. He also further retaliated by rescinding my parking space. I also documented and texted that, being that I had done absolutely noting wrong and that he was dishonest and vindictive, I was aware that he might go to police to make false allegations in order to have me arrested on false charges to have me illegally evicted those ways.   The very next day, while I was extremely ill, with an acute bacterial infection, due to the compaunding unsanitary conditions of the rental and its areas. But even with my illness, pain, need to rest, after having been discharged from the Emergency Room, he continued to stalk and harass me. He then posted several more notices to my door, at late hours of the night. In one notice, he stated that  he had filed a police report, for (Non-existent) "verbal altercation" by me (The very FALSE police accusations that I had documented to him), And he went on to demand more unowed monies from me, demanding me to vacate the rental, threatening to have me evicted. more demands, false allegations, blackmail. In response, I documented and texted to refute every accusation and to document his intimidations, illegal demands, continual harassment, causing me severe fear, distress, and other harm and damages. To date, he and his wife have continue to return to the front door to bang on the door, demand more rent monies that I do not owe and to yell that they are giving "notice" and evicting me. Additionally, overall, he has completely failed to ever post the legally required notice of Tenant Rights in any area or vicinity of the rental or anywhere at all. Furthermore, he has been repeating his creepy and retaliatory behaviour by, again without ever informing me or giving notice, coming to the front door, without his wife, at late hours of the night, to peek inside the large clear oval window in the front door. Due to harassment, I have had to put paper over to cover that window. Also note: Despite his own main house facing and being in a completely different neighborhhod at: 21770 Los Alimos and my rental facing adifferent address, he and his wife and guests have started to unnecessarily, repeatedly come and go from and back through my only entrance, while making excessive noise and causing disturbances, thus violating my rights to enjoy peace and quite of the property which I have paid for and occupy. Every single day he repeatedly posts threatening notices filled with false allegations and inappropriate demands of monies, and worse, on my front door. This is another form of terrorization and for which I have come to fear every day. I continue to exist in sleep deprivation of quiet enjoyment of the rental that I have paid for, I exist in endless fear, terror, anxieties. I am terrified. And he and his wife are taking advantage of these facts to further their retaliation and other illegal behaviours.     So you see, Mark Nayfeld is a repulsive old man who cannot stand not to get his way, no matter how egrigeous, illegal, and wrongful his ways are. Mark Nayfeld is an old creep whom, as so many people have stated, lacks self respect, couth, dignity. He is a PREDATOR. He is MALICIOUS. He is a CRIMINAL. Speaking of criminals, I should note that his immediate family members include the notoriously violent, dangerous gangster, Boris Nayfeld. He has another family member, David Nayfeld, who is co-owner of a San Francisco returaunt called Che Fico. That resturaunt is in fact Che MAL. Che Fico and Davis Nayfeld are responsible for food poisoning incidents of at least 29 different former customers on 29 different occassions. Davis Nayfeld and Che Fico care nothing about customers. The only thing that matters for David Nayfeld, of Che Fico, is s****.>

No "back rent" was owed. Tenant Paid SIX MONTHS IN ADVANCE.

In response to a phony "comment" posted by a coward who is posing as "Irv":

In fact, "Irv", no back rent was owed.

Tenant had paid six entire months in advance.

The landlord, Mark Nayfeld and his creepy, mentally unstable wife, Tatiana Nayfeld have been harassing tenants and violating their rights since they started being slumlords.


Also, the next time you decide to post more phony comments, post under your real name.

Cowards always behave in the manner which you have behaved.
