I am the former attorney (Or present attorney, depending on how much money Mark Nayfeld & his mentally off wife, Tatiana Nayfeld offer me in the future) of Scam Artist and predator, Mark Nayfeld.

I feel compelled, by my (Lack of) ethics, to publicly post about the awful con artist, Mark Natfeld, whom I have represented in the past.

I realize that an attorney should not rat on a client, past or present. However, the terrible first-hand experiences that I've had with and witnessed of the terrible crimes committed by Mark Nayfeld, Tatiana Nayfeld, Tatiana Nayfeld's slightly autistic son, Nikolay Rostov have really caused me to need to publicly post about the danger that these roughnecks are to the public.

Mark Nayfeld has so many times scammed, stolen from, lied about tenants, stolen their monies, and rendered them bug-infested , rat-run, filthy rental properties, he has preyed on little boys below the age of 9, he has physically violated teenage boys below the age pf 15, he has lied about people, he has put other individuals in compromising positions, he has sexually harassed and abused women (Despite being married), and he has far worse things.

However, he continues to pretend to be a so-called "victim" and uses his age of over 70 years old to get sympathy from judicial officers in court proceedings against him.

This is narcissism at its very worst. This is Mark Nayfeld. And we must also take into account his wife, tatiana NAyfeld, who often lies to people that she was a "doctor" and practiced various forms of "medicine." This mentally off anf very strange woman has never been a doctor. She also uses her slightly autistic son, nikolay Rostov aka Nikki Rostov aka Nick Rostov (Currently a resident of Woodland Hills, CA.) to do her and Mark Nayfeld's dirty work.

So now you all can clearly see the jsutufucation for my having posted about my former client--Because he, Mark Nayfeld, is a danger and threat to society. And if I did not publicly post about him and his motley crew roughneck family, then I would not be able to sleep at night.

I do admit that making a buck is also top priority for me, so I might just take him on again, as a client in the near future. I never claimed to have ethics or korals. I'm just a below-average, low-grade hustler ("attorney"), after all. And the first step to knowing I am a bad person is admitting it publicly. So there you have it.

As well, while on the subject of threats to society, it is also my duty to warn the public about Mark Nayfeld's son, David Nayfeld.

David Nayfeld is a current co-owner of a gimmicky eaterie, in San Francisco, called Che Fico.

Che Fico.

Not cool. Why is it not cool? Because Che Fico, co-owned by David Nayfeld, is an e coli infested poison hole of a resturaunt. Over 59 people, to date, have been victims of acute food poisoning and other harm by Davis Nayfeld and his negligence and love of cutting corners at this truly terrible eaterie calle Che Fico.

David Nayfeld takes after his father, Mark Nayfeld. Both are con artists, scammers, cheats, liars, thives, low lifes. And they treat others with the same disrespect and animosity and dishonesty as they conduct their personal lives. There is never a safe moment with individuals such as Mark Nayfeld and David Nayfeld.

I myself have been denied full payment of legal services rendered to Mark Nayfeld, because Mark Nayfeld is a liar and a deadbeat. He never pays his debts.

But a buck is a buck. So should he come back and request my legal services to represent him in yet more court proceedings and should he need me to lie about more of his victims in said court proceedings, then I'll do so. Money is money. And I rarely have clients, so I take what I can.

However, I absolve my conscience by coming to sites such as this blessedly good site to post the reality and the truth about nasty, dangerous, low life con artists such as Mark Nayfeld, Tatiana Nayfeld (The phony "doctor"), Nikolay Rostov (The grown man baby with slight autism and who is definitely on the spectrum, no less), David Nayfeld & to warn the public about them.
