On February 3,2020 someone sounding like my Son called to state he had been in a car accident and his nose was broken because the air bag deployed.  A Lawyer could help him.  I questionsed him to make sure it was him and he stated, "This is your Son and his entire name James Allen Baker.  Please help me a Lawyer will call you in a few minutes".  A few minutes later a Mark Stevens, called and said, I can help him.  He is fine just  little bruised.  Send me $3500. but it has to be in cash.  I will have him out this evening and get his case settled quickly. 

Later , I called him after sending the money he said, my Son wasn't there he was tired and went to the hotel.  He will be in his office in ther morning.  The next day my Son called and said, please help me I will pay you back when I get to Florida.  My Son lives in Florida.   I asked my Son what did you get for Christmas he did not answer he said, the Lawyer needs to talk to you. 

Mark got on the phone and said, I have the lawyer of the person who your Son hit and they want her medical bills paid.  Send $2800/00 and the case will be resolved no charges will be files.  I said, let the insurance company handle it.  He said, that wil take 30 days.  I said, so.  He said, I can resolve this now.  I said, let me talk to my Son , he said he had to go get his belongings. 

I said, until my Son can explain some things I am going to do nothing.  We hung up/  Western Union cancelled the money while I was trying to get the money back they released to someone in New Jersey not PA.  They called his number and not my cell.  I have yet to hear from my Son.
