 You don't know the reason why we had to break the contract. There is major health issues. We couldn't continue to build the house. Read their ratings? They are bad. Poor construction of their houses. Almost everyone has problems. You want to spend a fortune on a house & then make major repairs on it because maronda doesn't follow through w/the repairs. I have enough to deal with my husbands health issues. I don't need to deal w/maronda not building the quality house for the money they charge for it. It's not fair for these builders to take thousands of dollars of your money & they haven't done anything for you yet. Keeping earnest money should be stopped. But everyone today is out to steal your money. I don't need your wise comments. You are probably builder that does the same thing. Take people 's money & give them nothing in return. Don't respond I don't need anymore stress! I have enough of it. Karma will get you. Don't assume you know why I wrote this. You are totally wrong!!!!

 Since you stated the lot was not even cleared, therefore no home was built! Since no home was built, how do you know about any quality matters??? Sounds like a bunch of whining, wailing and stomping of the feet because YOU wanted to break the contract. What does the contract, WHICH YOU AGREED TO, say about matters such as this in regard to deposit return? Did you even READ what you were agreeing to BEFORE you agreed to it? Probably not. Highly intelligent. Oh yes, let me save you some time. Don't bother writing back saying something dumb like "you must work for them". I'll tell you ahead of time, I don't!!!
