The course was marketed as professional training with clear learning outcomes and a money-back guarantee in case of dissatisfaction.

Upon payment, I discovered that the trainer lacked the necessary knowledge and competence in the subject. The training materials were incomplete, unprofessional, and failed to deliver the promised value.
