I am one of the many victims of Mohamed Sefraoui, the person behind Lilya Blogging and the U.S.-registered company MEDSEFRAOUI LLC (based in Montana). In September 2024, I sent €1,000 via Wise (TransferWise) to this company based on promises made by Mr. Sefraoui through his platform and promotional content.

He claimed I would receive automated blogging tools, website traffic, business mentorship, and income opportunities. These promises were clearly false and misleading. After the payment, I received absolutely nothing — no service, no tools, no support, and no contact. All communication attempts were ignored.

Later, I discovered public YouTube videos and other victims’ reports exposing Mohamed Sefraoui’s long history of online fraud, fake branding, fabricated traffic numbers, and even advising others to forge invoices to deceive platforms. This shows a repeated pattern of deception.

His so-called business "Lilya Blogging" is a front for extracting money from people worldwide under false pretenses. I have kept all evidence of the payment and communication. I am taking legal and financial action through Wise, Chase Bank, and U.S. regulatory authorities (FTC and Montana AG).

Let this report serve as a public warning: **Stay away from Lilya Blogging and anything related to Mohamed Sefraoui. He is a scammer.**
