Naturopath - Melissa Malinowski Misleading Service and Unprofessional Behavior Comstock Park MI

I purchased the Melissa's Drainage and Parasite Master Course,from Melissa Malinowski on 02 December 2024, expecting professional guidance and support throughout the protocol as part of the service. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing and frustrating.

Despite my repeated attempts to communicate via email and Instagram, I received little to no response. When I finally got a reply, it was dismissive and unprofessional, with statements such as, “Are you looking for free services?” This attitude was entirely inappropriate, considering I had paid for the program in full.

The program failed to deliver the guidance I anticipated. I was left to navigate complex health protocols on my own, despite being led to believe that the program would include at least some form of support or direction. Additionally, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was blocked on Instagram, which further invalidated my concerns and left me feeling dismissed.

I have since requested a refund due to the lack of service provided. Unfortunately, my request has been ignored. As a paying customer, I expected a professional and supportive experience, but instead, I feel misled, unsupported, and disrespected.

I am sharing my experience here to warn others about the lack of professionalism and misleading nature of the services provided by Naturopath Melissa Malinowski. I hope that no one else has to go through the same frustrating and disappointing experience that I have endured.
