MINT AUTO SALES STOLE $14,000 FROM ME THEY DEFRAUDED ME OUT OF $14,000 MINT AUTO SALES WILL LIE TO YOU AND SAY YOUR FINANCING WAS REJECTED FOR SOME REASON LURE YOU INTO A BUY HERE PAY HERE. MAKE THE PAYMENTS 3 X HIGHER THAN YOUR INITIAL APPROVED AMOUNT SELL YOU A ROTTEN LEMON SALVAGED VEHICLE then... MINT AUTO SALES WILL STEAL YOUR CAR BACK EVEN IF YOU MAKE PAYMENTS THEY WILL REPOSSESS YOUR VEHICLE. They will repossess your car if you leave a bad review I HAD MY CAR FOR BARELY TWO MONTHS I WAS MAKING PAYMENTS EVEN THOUGH MY CAR WAS NOT DRIVABLE I LEFT A BAD REVIEW. AND IN AN ACT OF RETRIBUTION THEY SENT THEIR TOW GUY WHO WORKS DIRECTLY FOR THEM TO REPO MY CAR I WASNT BEHIND ON PAYMENTS

I was told by lawyers the attorney general and the better business bureau That it is legal to scam consumers in Florida That consumer fraud is legal and encouraged After owning the car for 3 days. I had an ABC problem (Suspension) it showed a red light ABC Error - Get Service Now) So I barely was able to drive it at all the first two weeks. Making it hard for me to look for work. Then my convertible is also non functional due to the hydraulic cylinders being broken. Now only two months after owning it. I’m having the ABC issue again and have to work on it before I can really drive again. This is less than 2000 miles into owning this car. Not going to ever buy a car from here ever. This car is beautiful has a V12 but is a lemon. Less than barely has 100,000 miles and needs a new suspension. They sold me a car with a broken suspension. Plus the underbody was not on correctly. Part of the front of it looked like it was cut off So it would drag on the highway Which probably caused more damage to my suspension. I removed it. There were other underbody pieces which fell off. My side marker lamp on my drivers side was dead. And I tried to fix it only to find that the harness is fried and they basically tucked it away to hide the problem. After further research. I regret buying my car from here. Less than 2 months of ownership and I have to do $5000 in repairs to my car just to drive it

UPDATE: I took the vehicle in to be “replaced” And they offered me 5K for the trade Which clearly IS NOT a replacement And then told me that they will only let me replace it with a Toyota Yaris with severely damaged interior. Dents everywhere on the exterior rusted clearly in several accidents Again most likely will break down before I get home Smelled like someone lived in it for years. The gear shifter was literally decimated The interior was destroyed. The only thing not destroyed was the front seats which look like a 500 pound sweat machine sat in them all day everyday. The foam was literally flattened. I almost threw up when I opened the door. I didn’t even sit in it. That car is probably worth 2500 max. If I would have taken it I would have taken ANOTHER non drivable vehicle AND lost at least 8000 This just confirmed that they are swindlers grifters and scammers Mint Auto Sales hates their customers And they don’t want business with anyone I have to keep making payments unfortunately To them They can’t block me from doing that no matter what After this I barely made it home. I’m going to start looking for legal representation

UPDATE: Repoed my car today and I made a payment last week. I was about to make another this week. I paid 13,000 down for this car and they stole it from me illegallly. I was never notified that my car would be repossessed which it’s illegal to repossess a vehicle without giving a notice. This car has been non drivable within the first week of purchase With two broken struts and a broken abc hose Today the repo people illegally went into a lot where it’s illegal to tow and repoed my car They also did damage to the front struts and suspension as well as the bumper. Which the suspension was already damaged before I bought the vehicle. Mint Auto Sales wants their customers to kill themselves
