We never unboxed them, used them, or activated them. We never transferred our phone numbers to Mint Mobile, started our Mint Mobile service, or activated the Mint Mobile eSIM cards. My husband was working out of town in December. He had trouble with his work iPhone with the Mint mobile service and getting any help from the Mint Mobile customer service department. He was not getting calls or texts and people weren’t able to leave voice mails. It was because of all these problems that we decided to return the two iPhones and not use the Mint Mobile service.
According to the packing slip, we are able to return within 7 days of activation. We never activated the phones. I talked to Glenda in the Mint Mobile customer service department on 12/19/24 and she confirmed that we would receive return authorizations for these phones within 48 hours. We never received them.
