Module Experts This company is a total Rip-off Jacksonville Florida

I should have researched this company more than I did. I talked to Adam and he convinced me he was the solution to my pcm problem. Adam told me that Module Experts handle all of Fords PCM issues. So I thought I was in good hands.

First let me say ,  a real company would not ask for all the repair money up front. I sent Adam 500 bucks and my module. He contacted me when he got the module , Adam said my unit was fried  but for 1100 dollars more (up to 1600.00 now) I could get a rebuilt one. Red flags went up so I asked for my unrepairable pcm back, once I recieved the pcm back, I asked for a refund.

I sent my unrepairable pcm to a reputable company in Chatanooga and low and behold its fixable, and 3 days later I had a working pcm. Module Experts hadn't even tested my unit,  they just wanted as much money as they could extort out of me. The company in Tenn. charged 45 dollars for the test and then deducted this charge from the repair fee. Module Experts would not refund all of my money, they kept about half 250.00 for diagnostics they did not even perform.

Use this company at your own risk !! Nowhere was I told of a diagnostic charge and yet they kept a good portion of my money. Bad bad company.
