This delaership's FRAUD has been caught and sued by Texas DMV and has been heavily penalized for several willfull frauds. A Criminal Investigation is also underway by Texas DPS Regulatory Service Division in Houston.

The attached document is from Texas DMV in related to my complaint; DMV investigated and sued them for several violations. I am not the only person; there are hundreds of complaints, including FRAUD, filed with Texas DMV and these are all vailable through Open Records for free of charge.

During one of the investigations; Texas DMV threatened to REVOKE their license.

Photos of Vehicle Oil Pan and Tires were taken at Momentum JVP's shop after an hour when they said it passed the State Safety Inspection. Does anyone really think that this vehicle should have PASSED the State Safety Inspection in a condition shown in photos?

These documents were received from Texas DMV Public Record when I requested for it via Open Record. There is a long list of VILOATIONS, complaints, law susits, penalties, fines and also a recomendation from DMV Investigator to REVOKE the license (a very intersesting response from dealership's attorney to DMV enforcement is also posted in Google Review)
