Momentum Jaguar Volvo Porsche Land Rover Bought brand new car, car was damaged before, and dealer repainted it and sold it without informing me! Houston, Texas

One of the main issue is a condition of the car. I purchased a new vehicle from out of state. The vehicle was advertised on dealer's website and on www.cars.com as brand new vehicle with 10 miles on it. I have the buyer order that is showing 0 miles. When the car was shipped to me it had 230 miles on it and was chipped all around. It had few scratches and repainted driver side door.That is not what I was expecting from a $80,000 brand new vehicle. Summary:
1)front bumper and hood were repainted before, minor scratches in numerous places, imperfection on top of drivers door, scratches above l/r door. broken plastic pieces and body hold down hardware found under hood in several places.

2) dealer eve did allignment on this vehicle, means damage it wasnt just a small damage

3)car was advertised as a new car, all previous damages had to be announced I want to return this car and forget about this deal, I couldnt think about fraud from such a big dealership.
