I parked in a Safeway parking lot and was towed. I was told there is a 1-hour limit when I called the towing company. As you will see from the photos, I came down the aisle to that corner spot and the only signage was behind the tree, so I didn't see it. When I went to go pick up my car, "Driver 65" told me it's printed on the ground as well. I showed him the photo where I parked and asked if he saw anything printed on the ground and he wouldn't answer me.

As you can see from the photo, nothing is printed on the ground. Had I been able to see the sign, there is no way I would have parked there. I didn't want to go behind their big, barbed wire, black fence at night with a stranger to get my car, so I said I wanted my mom to come with me and he wouldn't let her. He threatened to call the police on her for trespassing! On what planet would you ever tell a woman to go alone, in the dark, with a stranger back where no one can ensure her safety?

That's a horrible policy. I called the police to ask for an escort and "driver 65" said everyone was going to lunch at the same time and I would have to wait two hours to get my car. I have never been treated so unprofessionally in my life. I am a struggling, single mother and this company really took advantage of me tonight. I don't want to go to small claims court, but that will be my next step if I don't get reimbursed. Also, their website says you're open 24 hours, but "driver 65" said every employee takes a 2-hour lunch at the same time. Really? I'm not surprised this company has a low rating AT ALL.
