Office of Recovery Services They started garnishing my wages for a case I wasn't involved in. My child's father was accused of being a pedophile, while I was in another state. Salt Lake City Utah

While I was in another state, my child's father was accused by the District Attorney's office of being a pedophile. My child was placed in a foster home in Utah, while an investigation took place. The District Attorney's office mailed me court documents as did the Social Service's office. I had absolutely nothing to do with what he was charged with, yet I am being garnished at every job I obtain.

This garnishment has cost me jobs too. I also want to point out that I talked with them in person and asked them why my child's father wasn't being garnish, and they said it was because he was a member of the LDS Church. I feel this is very unfair. I also want to point out that the Federal government gives the county funding when children are placed in foster care. So why is it that they garnish my wages for extra money?

I am producing a documentary about the harassment and abuse I have suffered at the hands of this organization, when I did nothing wrong. I love my child with all my heart.
