I booked a Fedex Parel through Parcel Monkey PMSSOJ8W. And FedEx AWB 778224099910. To courier some of my items from US to India. No one mentioned that "personal used clothes" are not allowed. ParcelMonkey misled me by saying they will deliver my items. But they hid the reality that personal used clothes are not allowed as per FedEx policy.

The issue here is FedEx did not want to clear my package, but advertised that they deliver package all the way upto its final destination. Fedex dropped the parcel halfway in Mumbai, India and said "Personal Clothes are not allowed" Fedex wouldn't help me and outright refused to deliver the package to its destination Indore, India.

I had to fly down to another city and pick up the package which incurred excess cost. I want a full refund from Parcel Monkey/ FedEx as - Parcel Monkey or FedEx did not tell me that used clothes can't be couriered. -Fedex refused to deliver the package to final destination as it contained used clothes.

-Parcel Monkey website mentions in FAQ that used clothes can be couriered, but in my case clearly not! -I had to myself fly to another city and pick up the parcel which was left halfway by Fedex I had nothing to hide and had declared everywhere that the package contains used clothes.

The tracking details are not correct as I had to go myself, clear the package from Customs and then pick up from a different city. Please help me as Parcel Monkey has stopped responding and there is no other way to contact them.

When I requested for a refund, Parcel Monkey fraudulently charged 75.78$ EXTRA!

From bad service, Parcel Moneky has gone on to stealing money.
