My wife & I were contacted by Christy Manou representing herself as an attorney.... her firm was Parkview Law.

turns out she's not an attorney or is Parkview Law an attorney's office. In later E-mails they referred themselves as Parkview Legal.  In order to get started she claimed the did things much differently than there competition... She bragged of a high succese rate... 100% money back garentee... As well as they work from retainer alone. Well thus far all of these items have been WRONG!!!


My wife & I have uthorized only 2 debuts to our bank cards. 

Turns out they authorized themselves 2X a month transactions as well as a few more along the way... TOTAL THUS FAR $1909.57


My wife & I have requested a refund several times in the last several days.

We have been told no several times.

My wife & I have been under contract & agreement since Aug 20 2013 for credit repair. 

As of 06 Nov 2013 at 12:51pm My credit was pulled by the big three reporting agencies... for a morgage... There were NO ENTRIES for challenging my & my wife's reports to correct errors. NOT ONE ITEM CHALLENGED!!! The company refused to acknowlege an issue and refuses a refund!!!

BEWARE RUN IF THEY CaLL YOU!!! It's the scam of all scammes!!!

I also dealt with Christine and I have to say to date I am happy with the service. I could have done this myself but I DO NOT have the time to deal with this tedious project.  No, I am not an employee or affiliated in anyway as I live in Virginia! We are on our second round of letters. We started off with 15 derogatories on each credit report...... 

Equifax Deleted 6

Experian Deleted 8

TransUnion Deleted 8

To me that says quite a bit. to this report if you and your wife both are paying for the service OF COURSE you are going to get charged twice a month. They are working on both your reports aren't they? Read through your contract if you think they are completely in the wrong and show them the proof they are in the wrong. Christine stated to me and I already knew this was not going to be a quick process it was going to take some time.

I was scammed and filed a report too...

I filed a ripoffreport against parkview too.  There is no doubt the salesman that scammed me swore up and down that they were not like creditreport.com and among other things did not charge a 89./mo recurring fee.  I can only hope and pray they have not found a way to f* up my bank account.  I have already had to change my account number just in case.  They told me several different lies all to get the initial $60. fee.  There were three diferent lies, first about the recurring fee which is the same as their competitors, second about the main fee to be paid on installments but which only carriesws you 60 days which they lied about claiming it was one time and third was the amount of the fees and how long they would take to begin work.  Everything they told me turned out to be a lie, actually they are the biggest liars Ive ever encountered.  Scoresense was BAD however they manned up and refunded everypenny they stole from me.  Parkview Legal on the other hand would even respond. I imagine they pend their days jokking about all the pissed off powerless customers calling to complain.  Considering they took my money via a VISA card that this is a federal credit card crime and they are working to bilk people in bulk...ready to take the money and run when the FBI closes in.  You would think honesty would be enough for them to earn a living but unfortunately this is an age of identity theft and online fraud.  I suspect they care so little about their customers they would resell their data to anyone intereswted in stealing too.  If you have worked with them be affraid, cancel your accounts and hope for the best.  They are hardcore about saying anything to get your money and never giving it back when confronted with complaints.  Liars, thieves, and con men.  Unfortunately the world is full of them.

Too many red Flags

The many glowing recomendations... Don't be fooled they are same individuals writen about originally!!! They are a rip off!!! Plus low class enough to break the same confidentiality agreement they enter in too... Go figure... Theft by deceptions not the only trick up there sleeve... So is charictor assenation... Go figure... Gravy train runs dry... Thier work questioned.... No problem... We will see what witty things they have to say to the Indiana State Police after our last conversation with their detectives... I'm sure it be... Referring to ther attorney... No problem

Parkview did an Awesome Job for ME!

 I recently used Parkview Legal...they got 18 plus derogatory items deleted from my credit report. They raised my scores over 100 points. total cost about $800 bucks.....very reasonable very good work. I would recommend them to anybody. I do not work for them, no one in Family works for them we are in no way affiliated to Parkview.

I was actually just looking for the link for a friend to refer them to Park View Law, and, out of curiousity I decided to take a visit on here and see what was going on with the company working on my credit score. I am appalled.


What is Shannon talking about?!


I run a small business in E-commerce so I understand how important your business reputation can be. This whole post from Shannon is irrevelant and laughable. I've had my share of silly customers as well.  I joined Park View Law in October of last year with a pile of past blemishes. My business took a sharp dive in 08'-09' causing me to go delinquent on my loans and default on very important lines of credit. I went from a 762 to a 591 overnight.  It was painful,  but that is all past me now. I hired Christine to take care of my credit for me because frankly, I don't have the time to do this by myself.  Within just 4 months, I knew she had been a blessing to myself and my family. I can't thank her enough.  She set very realistic goals, helped me regain credit for my business needs and pulled me from the bottomless pit. My score is now back to a 713 which is not too shabby. This is one of the few companies that I've ever dealt with that actually cared personally about my situation. They are always there, no automated machines or brush offs, just real genuine hard working people. I WILL ALWAYS refer my family and friends to Park View and have them deal with Christine directly. 


To sum it up, thank you Christine, you have been wonderful and obviously some people just need to hold themselves accountable for their own mistakes.

Real Facts from Company

The facts for which this customer is claiming are false.  Here is the breakdown of their enrollment process:

Shannon Clawson enrolled into dispute services on August 20th, 2013 agreeing to all the service policies and guarantees.  A copy of this signed agreement was provided to the customer at enrollment. We have a five day cancellation period as well that allows all customers who choose to cancel the agreement within five days of enrolling to receive a 100% refund and full cancellation.  This customer did not choose to cancel within the five day period and thus fully enrolled into the dispute service.  After two months of working with the company, Shannon decided to enroll his wife, Patricia Clawson, into the program on October 18th, 2013.  Patricia also agreed to the service contract and passed the initial five day cancellation period upon enrolling.  All of our customers agree to the results based guarantee at sign up which protects all clients that the company achieves results within the first six month service period or the customer is refunded all fees and ends service.

Dispute totals:

Shannon started with us with an extreme case but we were confident we could achieve results within the six month time frame. He came to us with over 46 collection accounts, 17 negative paid accounts, and 4 public records including an unpaid tax lien and two unpaid judgments. 

Patricia also had a very difficult case with over 27 unpaid collection accounts totaling over $25,000 in unpaid debt, 4 90 day late payment accounts, two tax liens, and one unpaid judgment. 

Total debt customers were issuing company to dispute totaled over $150,000 on unpaid items.

Complete Pay history:

Shannon enrolled into services paying $450.00 after the initial work was completed on his file the first two months of enrollment.  He then was charged a monthly fee of $89.99 on 10/31/13 for services completed the previous month.

Patricia enrolled later on paying her first fee of $250.0 and cancelling before the monthly fee took place at month four.  Total charges for two files add up to $789.99

The company abided by all aspects of the customer agreement and handled all of the customer support requests in accordance to company policy.  The customers were not approved for a refund of service fees since the company performed all agreed upon work on both cases and the customers have yet to reach the six month time frame for results.  The company is willing however to reinstate both of these cases at a discounted rate should the customers decided to continue fixing their credit issues.
