Winston Hopkins was name he used when he called - so glad I looked online to see similar reports of my experience with this person.  He's still using same lines but expanded to Blue Ridge GA.  He called around 9PM regarding a $2.5M house I have listed.  Was gushing with compliments for me and the property. 

Said he wanted the floor plan & wanted to build it on his 117 acre ranch in Calhoun GA (doubt this exists).  He wanted to take the owners & me to dinner, blah, blah...  Within 30 sec of the call I felt this guy wasn't authentic.  I started to look him up online after a few minutes (he will keep you on the phone for a while). 

He then switched gears and was asking me to send him properties over 100 acres for cattle.  Also said that he invests in apartment buildings and can get people to sell that aren't even on the market.  I got his email address (not sure if it's actually his, but I posted it). 

Kept insisting to take us to dinner and my response was "I'll ask them and let you know" (no intention of asking them).   It's been 2 days and he never called back, I'm sure he moved on, but BEWARE.
