Paul W. Hopkins - Farmer Scamming a realtor Villa Rica or Rockmart  Georgia

He just called, Friday 8/6/15 @ 6:15pm.   Said he picked up my Real Estate card in a local restaurant in Rockmart, GA. Said he wanted me to help him find a 150 acre farm, in Rockmart, where he could raise cows.  Budget of 600K.  Said he wanted a lease purchase option.  He would put down 15% cash and finance the rest for 5 years.  Gave details about the people he knew in the Rockmart, GA area and how R&R Construction Company was going to fix up any old farm house he might purchase.  Said he wanted this under contract by the end of the month!! hahaha   

I read in a review that he was "carismatic".  It took me only about 1.5 minutes to determine he was .... well... not so smart.  His grammer and speach as a whole would alert any inteligent person that he is far from "inteligent".

I told him I would call him back Monday to obtain his email address, because he stated he didn't have an email address at this time. I'm supposed to email him some properties that meet his criteria.  Maybe I will be the one to scam him! lol

I hope this report help!  there are some really sick people in this world.
