In April of 2022, I made two separate orders thru this company. The first order had two boxes of Wobaroo food supplements in it. I then ordered the same day order of Wambaroo food, but I ordered four boxes this time. I received the package with two boxes of food. USPS delivered it.

The second package was sent thru UPS. It never showed up on my doorstep. UPS website says it was delivered. It may have been, but not to my house. I have a ring doorbell, with a paid subscription. I checked four hours before the said delivery and 8 hours after said delivery. No packages from UPS. 

I then reach out to UPS, and they inform me I can not file a claim, It had to be the shipper, they are the only ones that know about the package. I then reach out to Perfect Pets Inc, I spoke with a man named Geoff Schrock. He informed me it was already delivered. I told him I did not receive any package from UPS.

He told me to contact UPS and file a complaint. He also suggested that I call the police if was stolen off my porch. I did just that. When I contacted the Metro Police Las Vegas, they informed me UPS has their own detectives and which they do not like to share with regular police. The dispatcher I spoke with wasn't a big fan of UPS. 

I contacted UPS again this time with the shipper's blessing. They didn't care, they said to have the shipper file a claim otherwise nothing anyone can do. So I contacted Geoff once again. This time he seems a little irritated. He said he would file a claim. He emailed me the claim number, I tried to contact UPS using the number he gave me, but once they find out I am not him, they stop talking and start their threats, inforcing the shipper is the only one that can get information. 

This company took my money and shipped a product, UPS screwed it up and they got paid again from UPS from a claim. This company thinks it can keep my money that was reimbursed by UPS.
