Phobio llc Willingness to accept our apple trade-ins three devices for Zero $0 Atlanta Ga

We recently purchased new iPads from Apple and decided to trade our old iPads in using the Apple vender Phobio. We received quotes on two IPad mini and one IPhone. The quotes were not great but we decided to send them in anyway.

Wow. We received emails on all three devices and the value for each one is $0 (Zero). While the iPhone did have a nick on the top metal bezel there was nothing wrong with the iPad mini 3, 4. They have always been in a protective case with gorilla glass covering screen. While they claimed pixels missing, damaged these are old tricks used by vendors for years to reduce offers on trade-in values. Needly to say, what a waste of time. My recommendation is that you don't use Phobio and go find a local phone exchange to trade your device.
