I'm in a custody dispute with Christen Howard for parental alienation syndrome. She hired Megan Moran at Pisgah Legal Services in August of 2021 with no history of domestic violence or sexual abuse. Christen does not meet the income requirements to be eligible for services. My attorney is puzzled that she is represented.

He questioned Megan Moran at the January 4, 2022 court hearing in Hendersonville. She responded that Christen requested their services three years ago to assist in filing for a restraining order for domestic violence against her ex-boyfriend. He is a military service member with no history of violence. The restraining order was denied.

Christen Howard has never made any allegations against me. I've been professionally employed for 17 years, have no criminal record, own my home, and I'm a great father. My daughter alleges sexual molestation, physical abuse, and psychological abuse in Christen's home. My daughter has anxiety and depression and she is exhibiting these symptoms in school.

As of January 25, 2022, Christen Howard is employed as an LPN with a salary ranging between $47,557 to $57,762. In addition, I pay her $14,400 a year in child support and pay health insurance. A family of three with an income starting at $44,938.24 is a middle-class income for the state of North Carolina. Christen had the financial means to hire attorney Mark Upright and fired him alleging misconduct and John Curtis to file for a change of venue from Carteret county.

In conclusion, Christen Howard is not a victim and is middle-class. She does not qualify for services. Pisgah Legal Services should provide essential services to actual victims and those with a qualifying income. I would implore anyone to reconsider before donating to this organization.
