Postal Office Aptive did not stand for their words, misrepresent the service, be penalized to cancel the contract succasunna New Jersey

been promised by sale representative and the technician that would be able to take care the bees issue of my house, but the local branch represtation told me that aptive did not guartee the bees issue, I have to hire another pest control to take care the bees issue that I have. If I cancel the contract , there is $140.00 penalty.

I have been contacted the aptive 1-800 customr service numerous times, been promised  would forward my complain to the local branch and someone would call me, 

but no one call. I also called the the local New Jersey branch , been promised , the supervisor would call me,

no one call!!!! I have been punished and penalized $140.00 for Aptive's wrong doing. 

It is wrong , it is fraud , it is scam!!!
