promgirl.com Misleading Info on Website about ease (and cost) of returns

I ordered a bunch of dresses from this website because it said free shipping and returns so I assumed I could just return all the dresses that my daughter did not like. Three of the dresses had a 12$ restocking fee which they did not tell me about at the time of order.

They also charged me to ship the dresses back even though it had said, "free returns". My daughter had found the dress she wanted but wanted a different color. I ordered two colors for her to choose from. When I went to return the second dress, it said it was "past the alloted time".

BE ADVISED! YOU HAVE TO RETURN THE DRESSES WITHIN 7 DAYS OR YOU HAVE TO KEEP THEM. THIS IS VERY POORLY COMMUNICATED. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND REGRET THAT I HAD TOLD MY FRIENDS ABOUT THE SITE!
