LEXADERM They scammed me!! And then tried to tell me on the phone today it was NOT a free sample. Norcross GA

They offered me a FREE sample of their cream and I was only supposed to pay $4.95 in delivery charge. However, they sent me an ADDED item which i never ordered and charged an additional $4.95. They did not respond to my email advising them NOT to send me that additional item or bill me for it (after I received two separate orders)

Today, I saw that they charged my Visa $187.50 for some "subscription" they said I signed on for.  The supervisor told me they don't send "free" samples and that I had to pay for the return of the items and a restocking fee.  After  totally losing it with them, she waived the restocking fee, but said I have to call back with a tracking number and then they will refund me my money.

These people are SCAMMERS!  Stay away from them, and report them in as many places as you are able to find.  I've learned my lesson and will never accept a FREE sample ever again.
