Eric Hidde or IncBrands, later to identify as Realpin talks a good game but fails to provide anything close to the leads they claim. Their verbal promise is quickly replaced by the "contract" and what they claim was said. Promises of minimum credit scores. Minimum loan amounts and claims there is no charge until a credit report is pulled ALL are later "corrected". Eric is a slick talker and claims of his ownership turns into emails as a SR account manager.  Later claims he's President of marketing.

Billed in 11/2022. They claim leads will roll in soon. But when asked later in December,  told the Contract states Q-1.  So weeks after money is given, it now becomes too late to get a refund. Told to wait for Q-1.  A month into Q-1, I'm told since it was ony 5 leads I bought, I had to wait.  Final month of Q-1 recived many bodus leads.  Not a single viable customer.  Some bogus emails or phones. Bogus names. Request for money back was then said they cannot due to being greater an 30 days.  Also, "they spent my money on the advertising" even though I had not gotten a single lead and would be weeks or months before I could expect one. Sounds like a ponzy scheme.

The criteria the leads were to fall within, loan amount... credit scores... Veteran...all are disgarded and then told I had a lead but failed to call, text or email.  That their company later called and got replies from the lead.  Told they verified and that I had no way of confirming.

These are supposed to be Veterans. Most of the customers were not.

Told that these leads are led to believe they were getting a call and told I would provide a value. Not represented as a loan officer. They did not know a mortgage broker was to call.

They simply talk and provide zero value
