Rent to own Auto Rick, General manager Jaleeen Sales associate Rick told me if i paid for half of the new tires for my car he would pay the other half. Orlando FL

I purchased a used car from Rick at Rent to own auto center in Orlando FL. The tires were bad on the car meaning no tread was on them. Rick said if I purchased the car he would pay for half of the new tires price if I paid the other half. I explained I didn't have money at the time but would come back when I did. Rick said that was ok.. so 3 weeks later I returned to pay half the price of new tires and he lied through his teeth. He said he never made arrangements regarding the tires. Now I have to drive around with bald tires in the rain. He said tires are something that wears and is not covered. Rent to own and Rick are liars and a rip off.. never do business with them as long as Rick is there.
