These people need to be shut down. They garnished me the first time and padded the amount I owed by 4. Then they had to refund me $800 because they over charged me.  Now I just got garnished for a second time and the paperwork that my accounts payable supervisor could view said it was from University Park New York on John Street. I don't owe them any money, it seems like once they get your name they just keep coming back for more and I don't know how they are able to garnish me when I'm never notified or served and the amount was paid!

They have crippled financially and are extort money from me, I hope to be able to return the favor by suing them for anything that a lawyer can recommend. I tried calling them and they don't have a answering machine or service, it only gives you  a long message about what they are doing to you and then they say they are directing the call to the operator who never picks up the phone. I really need to understand why any court would grant them a 2nd garnishment after the first one was paid in full and partial refund granted because they took too much from me!

This is a terrible injustice and needs to be stopped!
