I used this service to create a resume. They said it was free and everything seemed fine at first I easily created a resume, but then when I wanted access to the resume. It turns out it's not free I have to pay. It's only $2.85 and I just wanted my resume. I had to create a account enter in my card and I pay for it. I thought that was the end of it, but twelve days later. I get an email saying my debt card has been used, but I don't remember ever using my debit card recently.
It turns out it is Resume.com and they are charging me $23.85. They never said it was a subscription I thought I just signed up for a one term service. I don't know what to do will just closing my account be enough to stop the subscription? I want to dispute the transaction with my bank but the purchase it still processing. I have to wait like five days. I don't know what to do.
