24-7 Ride Airport pickup California

I scheduled a ride for a pick up from the airport at approximately 10 AM on a Sunday. After scheduling my appointment, I realized that I wanted to cancel because I had changed my plans. Within 30 minutes I called the company and a rude person on the other line hung up on me and told me I need to email for refunds.

Once I emailed them back, they responded and told me that they would be charging me 20% to cancel my reservation. This reservation wasn't until 10 days after the time I booked it, it was canceled within 30 minutes of me making the reservation. The people that work at this company are obnoxious and rude.

They are unhelpful they go out of their way to make your life miserable and the only way they make money is by taking 20% of your canceled trip. I would never use this company. I would never refer this company and I will make sure that everybody knows this company is a SCAM. Beware if you book this company they are going to charge you no matter what and they do not care about the customer.

Their customer service department is so rude. They just hang up on you and they won't even help you. I would suggest paying more money for something that's reliable than deal with these people. Their policy says if your flight is delayed, you get charged 20% and a rebooking fee if your airline flight is delayed!!!

So when my flight is delayed, I have to worry about calling these people and telling them that they need to change my flight or they're going to charge me a 20% rebooking fee if I don't get in their car within 15 minutes of my supposed arrival.

I am writing to the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General and any other and all social media outlets to make sure this message is clear. Please message me for any more information and do not hire this company!!!
