Road Runner Sports keep charging a recurrent annual subscription to their company that I do not want and have told them to stop and they refuse San Diego California

The company Road Runner Sports in San Diego automatically charges their annual membership to my debit card. This is now the 2nd time it has happened. This same thing happened to me last  year, I call the business and told  them  that  I  did  not  want to :"automatically renew" a  membership that came "free" when I bought my kids their shoes there. Last year the young lady told me that I "should have read my contract", I told her to take me off of all of her lists and I would not be buying anything from them anymore. Note, this was a year ago and I took her word that she would cancel it

They paid me lip service but did not take me off of their automatic payment system. I almost think they do this to try and slip their annual fee under the radar hoping nobody will notice.

I thought I was done with this and then today I got another automatic charge for the same thing from them. They are crooks and cannot be trusted with a debit card or a charge card.  I contacted my bank however it is now going to be a giant pain because I have to have my debit card replaced because of these scam artists. I am not happy.
