Rotita.com additional email address sent from as well is =UTF8?B?Um90aXEhLmNvbQ==?= Cheaply made dress. Colors werent matching and the material was not of quality

I ordered a dress from Rotita.com website that shows dresses at a discount price.  Needless to say I got what I paid for unfortunately. Material was cheap polyester and the top red did not match the bottom red at all, not even to blend the reds together to somewhat match.  

The dress hangs on one side and the zipper in back is sewn crooked and the bow on the dress is loose and doesn't fit like it shows on the site picturs as being tight against the body. Had I known the company was chinese i would have not ordered but you don't know that until you pay and they send you an email in Chinese confirmation of order.   

Yes the site says you can return for exchange but given the time it took to get I would be waiting for the slow boat to china again. and as well, would have to order something instead of getting my money returned.
