Satyen Jain (CEO) and Leo Technosoft agreed to develop software: a basic audio plugin for a new Windows based communication device. Following a conference call on January 8, 2025, with Satyen and his "LTS" engineers he promised delivery of the software within 8 weeks. His promises were documented in a presentation deck, a written contract and a detailed schedule of dates, identifying specific milestones in the development process.

The contractually agreed timetable included specific deliverables to me on 01/17/2025, 1/22/2025, 2/12/2025, 2/24/2025. The final finished Windows installable software was due March 5th, 2025.

Based upon the contractually agreed promises, I immediately paid the first $3,000 installment.

After payment, Satyen and Le Technosoft delivered absolutely nothing - not at any time, on any date. No email, no software, no demos, no progress report and no final product.

Absolutely nothing.

Satyen Jain and Leo Technosoft is a 100% scam.

On March 13th, I demanded a full refund. Satyen Jain and his engineers refused.  They stated they wanted "another 8-10 weeks." With absolutely nothing delivered in the first 8 weeks, there was zero belief any additional time would change the result.  I rejected the request, based upon the fraud they had already committed.

A warning to the world.  Leo Technosoft and its CEO, Satyen Jain are a fraud.  When I reported this back to the businessperson who initially introduced me to Satyen Jain / Leo Technosoft, he immediately replied by email: "I walked away from him a long time ago and also felt scammed by him."

The following schedule was presented to me for my approval and agreement, and initial installment payment of $3,000.

After my immediate and timely payment- they ignored everything. Nothing was delivered, no notice, no explanation, no request for additional time before they failed to deliver on any of their promised dates.  Just the action of "We got your money, fool - goodbye."
