I read the report # 1503096 and agree with the author that we should file a class action lawsuit against Select Home Warranty.

I have also been a victim of the scam of a company.  I see there are over 147 rip off reviews thus far and this is only 1 website.

Select Home Warranty is clearly running a scam.  Their sales department runs as a "Boiler room" where they make false statements to get you to part with 1 full year or more of money, which they take upfront.

Then, when you have a legitimate claim, they make a false excuse to deny, deny and deny again your claim.

It is clear to me that their aim in life is to take your money, then leave you with unpaid and unresolved claims.

Yes, Select Home Warranty fails to have USA based people run their departments.  Instead you get overseas people with poor english whose famous denial words are:

UNFORTUNATELY, YOUR CLAIM IS DENIED.  What a rip off this all is.

It used to be, in the past, that such home warranty companies were American owned and based in the USA.  Such past companies used to pay some claims.

Select Home Warranty and other like them, are just there to steal your money then lie to keep it.  They vigoriously defend their illegal claim denial decisions.

I tried to complain and dispute them with my own credit card company, but they (SHW) know all the tricks in the book to keep your money and do nothing to earn it.

They got me for a $75 cancellation fee when I canceled in the first 30 days after I found out they would not repair my ice maker for a refrigerator.

Yes, I would like the author of this original report to contact me via this website, let us all file a class action suit to put Select Home Warranty Out of Business and try to collect our money back.
