when i have brought the video photo and screen shot evidence to them they just ignore my messages and emails i have no phone number to contact them and i have spent 1000's with them as we have 2 albums released and they denied us income and plays via youtube and allowed other to steal upload our music and it does not label or tag them in anyway as one of our listener sent us them doing exactly that.
All of our tracks and albums are id and registerd with soundscan and yet nothing no help just ignoring me and refusing to pay me the amount earned.
