There will be apology for the things I have to say about Simon. My dealings with Simon are disgusting. After sucking me into dating him while he was married..he proceeded to let me "help" him by working for him at Spystores.com. I invested in the company over and over, paying all the bills by the end of it.
I watched as he lied to his clients. He would take back an item for repair THEN RE-SELL IT. When the item came back again, he would sell it again. He duped so many people this way and that it why he would refuse the calls of his clients.
After $130,000 was racked up on my tab I finally dumped him. I could not take the lies any more. To me or his clients. I began to look him up with a P.I I discovered that he was not ever in the British army...never mind S.A.S like he claims.
I began to look up all the people he has ripped off. We all got together at a law office and had a powwow with the lawyers. Everyone of us signed our affidavits. The money borrowed across Canada alone was over a Million. He is still out there.
Be aware of this con-man. One of the women I found has a son who was sick with Cancer. He told her she could be a "consultant" for Spystores.com and borrowed her life savings. Then he vanished, what a monster. Her son did recover Thank God, but what a thing to do to a family in despair.
Do not trust this man. I back everything I have said with LEGAL affidavits.

- He has a Las Vegas registered business called Smart Mouth Mobile.
- He also has other undeveloped apps, smart posse, iGab, Translations TV., that are all just concepts without business plans, or have even been developed, that are trying to be sold off to investors.
- He want to sell the smart mouth mobile and move into the USA.
Just be warned that he has NO money and is waiting for your investment dollars before he can live his made up lifestyle again.

How come no-one on this site gives their contact numbers. Their is a alot of accusations without proof. Makes me suspicious of the complainers. I have a friend who knows Simon Wilby and he has nothing but good things to say.

Simon the scammer has recently opened a new company. It is called "Here now Inc." It is a dog collar tracking device. Be careful if you are involved in buying, investing or consulting for this company. Just look at "The rip off report" statements before you decide to trust Simon or any other person involved. Jenn

An earlier report on Simon provided an address for him in the community of Elbow Valley, west of Calgary. He moved from this address approximately two years ago (current residence unknown).
