We hired Steven Clarke to do a review video for a crypto project that was about to go into presale - when the presale date arrived he did not release the video. When Steven Clarke did not deliver the video in the time agreed - he ignored countless attempts to contact him via e-mail.

I thought we could solve this amicably. He took money for a service, did not provide agreed service, ignored multiple communication attempts - refuse to return funds. After no response from him for weeks, I reached out to him via his twitter [https://twitter.com/StevenClarkeRE] and Telegram [https://t.me/steven_clarke511] accounts. Only after I mentioned to him I would release the website: https://steven-clarke-is-a-crook.com, is when he responded.

I tried to resolve this in a friendly matter - yet he still continues refuse to do the right thing.
