I ordered a meal off of subway.com. I am at the dialysis clinic at Berkeley Lake in Duluth Georgia, so the nearest location the website generates is the Duluth Buford Highway Subway ( you cannot choose which location you want to deliver to you). When I place my order I paid with a subway gift card and my banking debit card. I paid through the subway.com website itself so the money was paid to Subway. They Outsource their delivery to doordash. Which in turns no transfer is made to Door Dash as far as payment the payment goes directly to Subway. When the delivery driver did not bring my order I called the restaurant and asked them where was the food. They told me to call doordash, as I had already called doordash to explain to them how they had a driver who did not speak English and apparently did not know where my location was, couldn't read English. When I contacted doordash support earlier they informed me to contact the restaurant for a refund, which I did. They told me to do this because since I ordered my food from the subway.com website rather than doordash website itself they cannot give me a refund and I would have to contact the restaurant to get a refund for the order that I did not receive.

When I called Subway and asked about my order, I spoke to a very belligerent foreign female with either an Indian accent Or Hispanic accent. subway did not have my food. At that point I asked the rude and disrespectful female to please refund my gift card back and refund my card. Is she vehemently refused told me that I don't get a refund and continue to tell me to call doordash. When I try to explain to her that I didn't place my order through doordash rather I plays my order through the subway.com website she told me no I did not and she will not give me a refund and hung up on me. I want to let people know that this location is very rude that business practices are unprofessional and unacceptable. I noticed when I went to Google to do a review on the restaurant to State my case there were several other customers on there with the same complaint about the same issues. This is a franchise Subway location and corporate does not handle franchise infractions. I'm doing this Consumer Report to warn people about that store and to avoid it at all costs because if these are their business practices then they should be shut down permanently. It is not an American owned business and until they realize that you don't treat customers disrespectfully they should not have the opportunity to serve the public.
