Sun Seekers Club Signed up for subscription without warning Las Vegas Nevada

I had taken advantage of their offer advertised on Facebook for a free pool inflatable, just paying the shipping and handling of $8.  I'd bought from similar retailers before, knowing that the "catch" was that the price of the goods were baked into the shipping amount, and they had you on their mailing list now - not a bad tradeoff, in my opinion.  Unfortunately, the Sun Seekers Club signed me up for a membership at $24.99/month, in order to get "$50 in credit" towards other merchandise on their site.  All of their items were overpriced at $50, so essentially you're just paying $25 for a raft or pool toy you could get for far less at Walmart.  The fine print is buried deep in their website's Terms of Service, saying that by taking advantage of the offer they will charge you for a membership.

I am not the only one to complain about them on their Facebook page, however the negative comments are deleted quickly.  Their customer service was lacking when I called (the person on the phone with me had atrocious grammar), and I ended up having to forego receiving what I bought from them in order to get my membership refunded.  The deceptive tactics (who reads a website's terms of service, or expects important information about their purchase and membership enrollment to be buried deep within it?), ridiculous pricing, and poor customer service are very good reasons to avoid doing business with them.
